A biiig case out of the Second Circuit this week found that Congress was perfectly within its rights to single out ACORN for punishment, even though the Constitution's got a pesky little provision prohibiting what's known as a "Bill of Attainder" -- singling out a group for punishment. Also, the Food and Drug Administration just approved the week-after pill, which prevents pregnancy up to five days after what Co-Host Ben euphemistically refers to as "problematic conceptions." But will pharmacists have to fill it?
